As previously mentioned, there are various ways to access this resource. Some methods may be apparent, while others may not be initially familiar to you.

You can Nectar by completing an encounter (although it’s an uncommon reward, so it’s not guaranteed with every successful run).
When you cast the Kinship Fortune magic, you’ll get a bottle of Nectar.
You can always use your gold to buy it directly from Charon. However, be careful not to spend all your gold in one resource.
You can buy one Nectar for 30 bones from the Wretched Broker at the Crossroads. However, you must have cast the Kinship Fortune Incantation to unlock this method.
Completing the Harbinger of Doom Minor prophecy will reward you with one Nectar.
