How to get the Golden Braid Talisman in Elden Ring DLC?
In the Elden Ring DLC, the Golden Braid Talisman can be discovered by players at the Shaman Village, located north of the Church District Highroad site of Grace. The talisman is located at the base of a tree on the southern cliff, held by a statue.
The Golden Braid is highly effective in defending against holy damage, boosting resistance by 22%. This makes it an invaluable asset for players, especially during battles against enemies who deal holy damage. In fact, it can greatly aid players in the ultimate showdown against Radahn, the final boss.
How to Reach the Shaman Village and Find the Golden Braid Talisman
The village of Shaman is situated to the east of the Site of Grace in Hinterland within Scaduview. To reach Hinterland, one must perform the O Mother Gesture in front of the Queen Marika statue at the Back Gate Site of Grace in Shadow Keep. This gesture can be learned by interacting with the headless statue located in the northern part of Bonny Village.
Using the O Mother Gesture will reveal a path to the Scaduview region. Travel southeast from the Site of Grace and you will come across the Shaman Village. Feel free to bypass or defeat the Tree Sentinel on your journey. Simply follow the rocky slope to reach your destination.
Afterward, inspect the sturdy ebony tree located south of the town. The Golden Braid Talisman can be found resting on the lap of a statue at the base of the tree.
