The first act of the game takes place in the Underdark, where all three items can be discovered. However, each item is located in a different area, making the task quite difficult. Furthermore, the game does not explicitly state the locations, requiring players to explore extensively.

To reach the Selunite Outpost teleport waypoint, you will need to complete the third and final piece of the journey.

Don’t take the northern exit. Instead, move out using the broken window on the western wall.
Follow the path, and you’ll arrive at a zone filled with crystals.
There will be a battle, and you can loot the Icy Helve from the body of a drow corpse.

Once you have obtained all three parts, select one from your inventory and then choose the combine option. This will open a pop-up window where you can select the other two parts. After combining all three, the Mourning Frost will be automatically added to your inventory.
