Confirmed on March 27 after a series of leaks, Marvel Rivals is real and just around the corner. This new heroic 6v6 shooter in the same vein as Overwatch, will see Marvel’s most iconic heroes and villains clash with a whole range of unique abilities and ultimate moves.
Planned to launch as a free-to-play game, the game was designed with long-term support in mind, as several post-launch seasons are already planned. New characters, cards and cosmetics will shake things up in the months and years to come.

How to register for the Marvel Rivals Closed Alpha
To register for the Marvel Rivals Closed Alpha, you must go to the game’s official website and complete the registration form.
You will be asked a few quick questions regarding your region and your experience with other similar PVP games on the market, then your registration will be complete. However, completing the form does not guarantee access to the Closed Alpha.
As this is just a limited test to begin with, with future public testing to follow, access to the Closed Alpha is not guaranteed. You’ll be one of millions of players hoping to get lucky with an early invite.
Currently, it is unclear whether progress in Closed Alpha will be retained for future testing and the official release. So it’s hard to say if you’re really missing out, other than early experience with a trial version.
