The tournament gives an opportunity for skilled players to showcase their mastery of the top characters and their abilities, competing for a portion of the $15,000 prize money.

If you believe you have the necessary skills, here is the procedure for joining the Marvel Rivals War of The Realms tournament, along with the schedule for each round.

How to Sign Up for Marvel Rivals: War of the Realms

  1. Select the War of the Realms tile on the Marvel Rivals main menu.
  2. Select the region and platform in which you wish to participate.
  3. Create or join a faction with up to 12 players.
  4. Once you have six players, make sure the captain signs up. If you created the faction, you can do this from the tournament screen.
  5. Wait for the tournament to begin and start playing.

Marvel Rivals who wish to participate in the War of The Realms tournament can easily sign up through the in-game menus. Upon launching the game, a tile for the tournament will be visible on the left side of the screen, or it can be found at the end of the options on the top of the screen.

The War of the Realms is divided into four separate tournaments, each based on region and platform. PC players are divided among the North America, Europe, and Asia regions, while console players from all regions are combined into a single bracket.

To participate, you must either create or join a faction. If you have five companions who wish to join, you can establish your own group. Alternatively, you may choose to join an already existing faction.

To sign up for a faction, the founder can do so from the in-game menus with a minimum of six players required. It should be noted, however, that attempting to start a match with less than a full team of six players online will result in an automatic loss.

Explaining Marvel Rivals War of The Realms

The War of The Realms serves as Marvel Rivals’ inaugural competitive tournament, pitting factions against each other in a ladder system. The journey begins with the Open qualifiers, allowing players to participate in as many matches as they wish in order to accumulate enough points to advance to the knockout rounds.

To be eligible for the knockout phase, participants must complete a minimum of 10 matches during the open qualifiers. A win during these matches earns three points, while a defeat results in no points. Only the top 64 performers will advance to the next stage of the competition.

In the knockout stage, factions are randomly paired and compete in a series of three matches. The losing faction is eliminated and the winning faction moves on to the next round. The semifinal round is determined by a five-game series, followed by a seven-round final match.
