In each season, Diablo 4 has consistently introduced a new boss to the realm. This trend continues in Season 4: Loot Reborn with the addition of Andariel. Similar to her brother boss, Duriel, Andariel’s summoning process is as follows in Diablo 4.
Finding Andariel in Diablo 4
The Hanged Man’s Hall dungeon, located within the Scouring Sands of Kehjistan, is where Andariel’s lair can be found. Players can easily reach this location by using the nearby waypoint, which allows for quick and direct transportation at any time.
It is necessary for players to achieve World Tier 4: Torment before they can enter the dungeon. Andariel, a level 100 boss, can only be encountered in this tier and will not appear in lower tiers. Similar to Duriel, summoning Andariel also requires specific materials.
Summoning Andariel in Diablo 4: A Step-by-Step Guide
In Diablo 4, summoning Andariel requires the placement of two Sandscorched Shackles and two Pincushioned Dolls at the altar located in the Hanged Man’s Hall dungeon. The dungeon is relatively brief, making the only requirement for entry the possession of the necessary items within your party.
Both of these items can be obtained by defeating powerful endgame bosses. The Sandscorched Shackles can be earned by defeating Lord Zir, and the Pincushioned Dolls can be acquired from the Beast in the Ice. To summon these bosses, players will need Exquisite Blood and Distilled Fear, which can be obtained by completing challenging public events and defeating World Bosses.
Both Andariel and Duriel have the same loot pool, making them equally attractive as endgame bosses. However, the only distinction between the two is the subordinate bosses that must be defeated beforehand. This provides a stronger incentive for players who are farming other gear pieces from bosses like Lord Zir and Beast in the Ice to also pursue the endgame boss, rather than having to face additional bosses to reach Duriel.
