Switching to a different faction is a difficult task, as it will result in the loss of all your progress. In order to switch factions, you will need to perform a complete reset of your account. After completing the reset, you must create a new character and choose one of the three available factions.

- Only Recovery Initiative
- Mithras Security Systems
- Crimson Shield International
There are three factions to choose from, each with their own distinct characteristics. Although the quest format remains consistent across all factions, the map squares will vary. As a result, players can only team up with others from the same faction.
