To effectively combat the never-ending waves of monsters in Vampire Survivors, players can utilize the formidable C-U-Laser weapon from the Operation Guns DLC. Unlocking and upgrading this weapon is crucial for survival, and here are the steps to do so.
How to Unlock the C-U-Laser in Vampire Survivors
In order to obtain the C-U-Laser, players must first have ownership of the Operation Guns DLC. Without the DLC, players will not have access to any of the new levels, characters, or guns in the future.
Purchasing Lucia Zero from the character selection screen and lasting for 15 minutes in her company will grant all characters access to the C-U-Laser. This applies to both main game characters and those from DLC packs.
Guide to Evolving C-U-Laser in Vampire Survivors
The C-U-Laser can transform into the Pronto Beam weapon by upgrading it to its maximum level while also having possession of the Weapon Power-Up and Tirajisú passive items. The Weapon Power-Up, a grey briefcase-like item, was recently added in the DLC. Additionally, the Tirajisú item grants a free revive upon death, which can be especially helpful in the early stages of the game when the laser is not yet strong.
Similar to previous weapon upgrades, the C-U-Laser can be fully enhanced by reaching level eight with your character. After this, defeat an elite monster at approximately the 10-minute mark to unlock a chest containing the Pronto Beam upgrade. Once acquired, players can either end the match or continue to complete other missions.
The quickest way to enhance the C-U-Laser is by choosing Lucia Zero as your character and playing on the Neo Galuga level. Lucia Zero begins with the C-U-Laser and there is a Weapon Power-Up located just south of the starting point on the map.
