The best way to get there is to travel to a fast travel point, and that’s always the first choice. The forge is to the left of the travel point, where a golden archway appears.

Once you arrive, talk to Kaheva. In its menu, switch to the improvements tab. Here you can improve your swords, bows, quivers as well as your amulets.
