This AI-powered nostalgic filter transforms your appearance into a cartoon-like Sim from ‘The Sims,’ complete with the iconic green diamond or “plumbob” that is typically seen above the characters’ heads.
The filter also includes two thought bubbles containing symbolic imagery, similar to how Sims convey their emotions and wants within the game. Furthermore, it shows text that reflects your mood, alternating between ‘sad’ and ‘fine.’

How to Use the ‘Me in The Sims’ Filter on TikTok
To obtain the filter, follow these steps if you’re interested in making an adorable video or simply want to see yourself in the Sims universe.
- Launch TikTok .
- To open the camera, simply click on the plus icon.
- In the bottom left corner, tap ‘Effects.’
- Choose the filter with the identical name, then adjust your face to fit within the template.
- To apply the effect, simply tap on the screen.
- Be patient and wait for the countdown before your picture is taken. After that, the filter will begin processing it.
