The stream date and start time for the Campfire Chat of Diablo 4 Season 5 have been announced. Here’s what viewers can anticipate from the broadcast.
Blizzard Entertainment has reaffirmed their intention to hold a Public Test Realm (PTR) for the fifth season of Diablo 4, similar to the one that was launched several weeks before Season 4.
Players will receive more information about said plans soon, without having to wait for a long time.
Instead of live streaming the regular mid-season Campfire Chat, developers will partake in a broadcast with the same title to provide details about what can be expected in the Season 5 PTR.
Diablo 4 Season 5 PTR Campfire Chat Date and Time
The developer confirmed that the Season 5 Campfire Chat will take place on Friday, June 21 at 11:00 AM PDT in a Blizzard News post.
Viewers can tune in to the live show through the official Diablo channels on Twitch, Twitter/X, and YouTube for those who want to watch it live.
The statement from Blizzard also mentions that the live stream will include a Q&A portion where developers will answer questions from players in real time.
Adam Fletcher, the Associate Director of Community, will be joined by Daniel Tanguay, the Lead Season Designer, and Adam Jackson, the Lead Live Class Designer, as they host the stream. Together, the trio will offer a sneak peek of the upcoming PTR and explain the steps players can take to access it.
Similarly to the PTR for Diablo 4 Season 4, the test realm will only be available to PC users on BattleNet.
The Season 4 PTR allowed for PC players to participate in testing the major updates of the season, with Diablo 4’s revised itemization and introduction of a new crafting system being the main highlights.
As Blizzard has not yet officially announced Season 5, there is currently no information available on the content that will be featured on the Public Test Realm.
The Season 5 PTR’s contents, release date, and other information will be revealed during the June 21 stream, following the Season 4 PTR reveal.
