The best method to quickly XP on Pokémon Go
There is no magic way to quickly accumulate XP in Pokémon Go. Every action you perform grants you experience points. By accumulating these points, you will progress through the levels.
To maximize your XP gains, it is advisable to complete as many actions as possible, especially those that are the most advantageous. Here is a brief list of these actions.
Apply yourself by throwing your Poké Balls
Throwing Poké Balls is the heart of Pokémon Go gameplay. As you probably know, there are several degrees of success with a throw, which will influence the chances of capturing the Pokémon as well as your XP gain.
To make a Nice, Super, or even Excellent throw, you must throw your Ball into the colored circle which contracts on the Pokémon to be captured. The smaller the circle is when your Poké Ball hits the monster, the better your probability of capturing it… and your reward in XP!
Always try to get an Excellent roll – hitting the circle when it’s tiny – to enjoy an extra 1,000 experience points if captured.
If you’re comfortable with the throw, you can even opt for an effect throw to gain an additional 20 XP.
Use Lucky Eggs
Lucky Eggs are rare items that can drastically speed up your progress in Pokémon Go.
Indeed, Lucky Eggs are consumables that double your XP gains for 30 minutes. It is therefore important to use them, but you must not waste them.
Before putting a Lucky Egg into action, check that you have 30 free minutes, during which you can carry out several lucrative activities to accumulate Experience Points. For example, combine the use of this item with an Incense to capture many Pokémon. It’s also a good idea to activate your Lucky Egg just before participating in a series of Legendary Raids.
Take care of your friends
Pokémon Go is a community game, and it’s important to pamper your friends. After adding a trainer to your friends list, make sure to send them one Gift per day!
Your friendship gauge will gradually increase, and each level unlocked will reward you with a large amount of XP. Becoming Best Friends with a player is by far the biggest source of experience in the game (100,000 XP).
