Huge Admission from 90 Day Fiancé Star: On-Screen Relationship Was a Fake

After their private conversations were made public, Ruben ‘The Cuban’ Sanchez finally opened up about his decision to fake his relationship with Debbie Aguero on Season 4 of 90 Day: The Single Life.

Debbie Aguero was featured on Season 4 of 90 Day: The Single Life, where she embarked on a trip to Miami to meet Ruben ‘The Cuban’ Sanchez, whom she had connected with on a dating website.

On April 17, it was revealed on X that Debbie’s messages to Ruben from the dating site exposed her true intentions of only dating him to remain on the show, as she struggled to connect with men through online dating.

On May 8, Ruben confirmed the authenticity of the rumors in an Instagram post and admitted to being involved in a fabricated relationship on the spinoff.

According to Ruben’s post, there was never a romantic relationship between ‘Ruben The Cuban’ and Debbie Aguero, despite claims suggesting otherwise. Screenshots of their initial online interactions show Debbie’s eagerness to secure a spot on the show.

Despite facing my own struggles with a terminally ill mother, I begrudgingly took part in order to show my support for what she believed to be a deserving cause.

Ruben criticized Debbie for initiating a smear campaign against him following the show, and claimed that she was playing the victim in order to raise funds for her future creative arts therapy studio.

In addition, he clarified that Debbie accused him of being a scammer for creating a GoFundMe page to assist one of his friends, despite not having any concrete evidence to support her claim.

After Debbie’s son Julian expressed concern that Ruben had a criminal history on 90 Day: The Single Life, Ruben denied the accusations and reassured his followers that he has a clean record.

According to Ruben, Debbie attempted to damage his reputation due to her envy towards him. He stated that he will pursue legal action against her if she persists in doing so.

Despite appearing to have a strong bond on the spinoff, Debbie and Ruben’s relationship underwent a significant shift once the truth was revealed after the show was broadcasted.
