Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan expressed his support for Jake Paul in his upcoming boxing match against Mike Tyson, stating that the YouTube sensation’s strength will be too much for his older opponent to handle.
Jake Paul is currently preparing to take on his most formidable opponent to date, ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson. The highly anticipated match is scheduled for November 2024, and Jake has already begun his training camp in preparation.
Despite Tyson’s extensive experience in the ring, Paul has the advantage of youth on his side. There has been much debate on who will emerge victorious, especially since their fight was delayed due to Tyson’s ulcer flare-up earlier this year.
During an episode of Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast on September 3, special guest Hulk Hogan expressed his support for ‘The Problem Child’ during the upcoming fight.
Despite his concerns, he acknowledged that he is worried for Tyson, citing his fear that Jake may inflict excessive harm on his 58-year-old adversary.
Hogan commented, “Your brother is incredibly strong, bro.”
Logan concurred, “He is undeniably strong, like, insanely powerful. The amount of weight he can lift in the gym is truly remarkable.”
“Hogan responded, “Yes, as soon as I saw him last night…I was like, ‘Oh my god.’ He was truly frightening.”
He continued, “I love Mike more than anything. I pray that he doesn’t harm him, dear Jesus.”

Despite the anxieties surrounding Tyson’s well-being following his ulcer flare-up, Jake remains fully convinced that his opponent is in excellent health. He is even declining to select a substitute fighter in case of another cancellation, trusting wholeheartedly that Tyson will be fit and ready for the fight on the scheduled night.
Additionally, Joe Egan, a former sparring partner of Tyson’s, suggested that Mike may hold back in order to prevent causing serious harm to Jake. As fans eagerly await the November 15th match, the outcome is still uncertain.
