Just hours after its release, a video surfaced accusing “How Sweet”of plagiarism and also mentioning Min Hee-jin’s claim that ILLIT had copied NewJeans.

Specifically, the mentioned video referenced Midnight Fusic’s “Summer Love”and Karencitta’s “F.U.I.L.Y.”, as well as a clip from NewJeans’ “How Sweet”, insinuating that the songs share striking similarities.
Despite the video appearing abruptly, netizens continue to harbor doubts and have gone so far as to accuse HYBE of intentionally trying to ruin NewJeans’ comeback.
