On June 20th, NewJeans, along with all members Minji, Hanni, Haein, Danielle, and Hyein, arrived at Gimpo International Airport to depart for Tokyo, Japan.
In April, Hyein had sustained a minor fracture on the top of her foot and was forced to pause her activities. However, after dedicating two months to receiving treatment and recovering, Hyein has now reunited with her fellow members.
NewJeans members arrived at the airport dressed in their school uniforms, captivating fans and netizens with their unique combination of innocence and brightness. Additionally, the members’ enhanced visuals left everyone in awe.
On June 21st, NewJeans will make their Japan debut with the single “Supernatural” . As part of their promotional efforts, the group will appear on several local music programs. This includes performances on FujiTV’s “Mezamashi TV” and “Mezamashi 8” , as well as appearances on Japanese TV Asahi’s “Music Station” and Nihon TV’s “With Music” where they will showcase their new songs.
The girl group will be holding a fanmeeting at Tokyo Dome on the 26th and 27th of June, where they will have the opportunity to connect with their Japanese fans and interact with Bunnies, the dedicated fandom of NewJeans. ADOR shared, “This fanmeeting will go beyond being just a debut showcase for the group.”
