Hyeri’s Diet Snacking Secrets Revealed by Girl’s Day Member

Looking to achieve a sexy figure like Hyer? The Girl’s Day member recently shared her go-to snacks while on a diet.

On May 20, 2024, Vogue Korea released a fresh “What’s in My Bag?”video showcasing Hyeri, the idol-actress. In the video, she proudly displayed her beloved Bottega Ventta bag, her must-have cosmetics, and her impressive collection of cell phones that she has acquired over the years.

One aspect that particularly caught my attention is the idol’s choice of items during their diet.

During the video, she admitted to being on a strict diet. Despite her efforts, she still has a strong desire for candy. In her search for a healthier alternative, she came across the Xylitol Stone Green Grape candy, which has a whopping 99.41% xylitol content.

Hyeri shared that consuming this candy after brushing your teeth can actually improve the strength of your teeth. She amusingly likens the candy’s texture to that of teeth and admits that while eating, she sometimes questions whether she’s consuming the candy or her teeth. In addition, she also disclosed the types of snacks she keeps in her bag to curb her hunger.

The My Normal Allulose Chocolate Balls, a snack with only two grams of sugar, was one of her favorites. However, during her demonstration of the snacks on camera, she discovered that it actually has a higher carbohydrate content than she had previously thought. As a result, it is probable that she will remove this snack from her regular rotation soon.

The idol then displayed two Otsuka SoyJoy protein bars, stating that she substitutes these for regular meals. Unlike traditional protein bars made with flour, these are made with beans. She disclosed that she consumes two bars for breakfast, emphasizing that one bar is not enough for her morning meal.

Hyeri also loves the Veganery’s Diet Jelly 4200mg in Shine Muscat flavor, which is made from konjac. She pointed out that, unlike other konjac-based foods, this one has a delicious taste. Additionally, it has a low sugar content, making it even more appealing.
