HyunA’s Musical Growth: More Than Just Dating

On April 25th, the agency AT AREA released a teaser video of HyunA’s upcoming EP “Attitude”on their official social media channels. The video provided a preview of all the tracks on the EP.

The album’s title track, “Q&A”, is a perfect reflection of the overall aesthetic. Produced in collaboration by GroovyRoom and LDN Noise, the song seamlessly combines elements of UK Garage and house music, with captivating drop sections that showcase HyunA’s lively vocals.

The song “Attitude”from Track 1 was originally released in the AT AREA performance video in November. It features a house-based Voguing sound and highlights HyunA’s unwavering “Dancing Queen”persona and increased confidence.

The third track, titled “Ah!”, highlights HyunA’s distinctive allure by blending R&B synths with rhythmic drums. It was crafted by acclaimed producers Giriboy and Boycold, known for their work in the hip-hop and R&B industry. The song also features fellow labelmate Gemini, a talented R&B artist, showcasing the refined style of AT AREA.

Track 4, “RSVP,”is a Amapiano-style dance song that has gained worldwide popularity. It samples Uhm Jung-hwa’s “Invitation,”with production by GroovyRoom and a feature from renowned hip-hop artist Changmo. The lyrics depict a covert invitation from HyunA, showcasing her allure through a fresh interpretation of the original track.

HyunA’s upcoming EP, titled “Attitude”, is set to be revealed on May 2nd at 6 PM.
