Upcoming Guild Receptionist Anime PV Reveals January 2025 Release Window
The preview video for the anime showcased the daily routine of Alina Clover, the main character. It depicted her attending an academy and honing her skills in different areas to achieve her goal of becoming a successful Guild Receptionist. She aspired to efficiently complete her tasks at work and have enough time to relax at home, maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Despite her initial expectations, Alina quickly discovers that the reality of the academy is vastly different from what she had imagined. She finds herself bombarded with complaints and requests, and constantly bothered by other adventurers throughout the day.
Alina’s evenings were a continuous cycle of staying up all night at the guild, organizing and handling countless documents and licenses. As she grew increasingly frustrated with her shattered dream and the constant inability to leave work on time, she finally came to the realization that the boss of the dungeon nearby was the primary cause for the overwhelming influx of adventurers.
Alina, feeling frustrated, takes a temporary break from her desk job and transforms into an adventurer. She successfully defeats the boss with a single attack. However, her plan to reduce her workload by eliminating the boss backfires as even more adventurers begin searching for the one who defeated the boss.
The highly anticipated anime, produced by Studio CloverWorks, has been confirmed for a release date in January 2025. Studio CloverWorks, which has gained a loyal following for its adaptations of popular series such as Spy X Family, Horimiya, and BOCCHI THE ROCK!, will be responsible for the animation. The talented Rei Takahashi, known for her iconic role as Megumin in Konosuba, has been cast as the voice of Alina Clover, with Tsuyoshi Nagasawa serving as the director for the upcoming anime.
