The episode begins with Noor wandering through the ruins of his hometown, reflecting on how the once vibrant town has been reduced to rubble and the challenges ahead for rebuilding. During his exploration, Noor encounters adventurers, which stirs memories of his past before his own adventuring journey.

Through flashbacks, the audience revisits Noor’s interactions with the Six Sovereigns and his numerous attempts at their schools, all met with rejection. His first interaction takes place at the swordsman school, where he meets Sig. Impressed by Noor’s unwavering determination, Sig invites him in and showcases a challenging swordsmanship skill at Noor’s request.

Although Sig is astonished that Noor cannot perceive his swift movements, Noor surprises him by articulating his understanding of what he calls “perfect rhythm”during the seemingly imperceptible skill. Acknowledging Noor’s latent potential, Sig engages in rigorous training with him. However, after months of effort, Sig expresses his disheartenment that Noor can only master the parry skill, believing he possessed the potential to become one of the strongest swordsmen had he acquired even a modest skill.

Sig then encourages Noor to explore other schools in pursuit of unlocking his true abilities. Noor journeys through various disciplines, including swordsmanship, archery, sorcery, and as a vanguard, but each time is asked to leave due to his inability to learn any skills despite his apparent talent.

Eventually, Noor showcases his aptitude at the healing school, where he learns “low heal”without requiring the blessing of spirits or undergoing a special ceremony. The healer, Sein, is astonished by this feat but still advises Noor to seek further training elsewhere. It becomes known to all Six Sovereigns that Noor has faced rejection from their schools, prompting them to collaborate and nurture his talent.

As the flashback concludes, Noor returns to clearing the rubble, and the episode wraps up with a discussion between King Clays and his allies regarding an alliance with the Magic Kingdom stemming from the previous war.

Final Thoughts

I Parry Everything episode 12 clearly indicates that the Six Sovereigns did not outright reject Noor; rather, they guided him toward other schools, with the hope of unlocking his true potential. This further emphasizes the notion that Noor was overpowered from the very beginning.

As the final episode of the series, I Parry Everything episode 12 leaves fans wondering about a potential season 2. Although there has been no announcement yet, there is sufficient light novel content for a second season, which could be confirmed in the coming months.
