Ice Poseidon Gets Ac7ionman Banned on Twitch After Appearing on Stream

Actionman was banned from Twitch for featuring Ice Poseidon on his stream, and he is now advocating for Twitch to lift the ban on Ice.

On April 28, 2017, popular IRL streamer Ice Poseidon was banned from Twitch after being swatted while on an airplane. As a result, Twitch has prohibited featuring Ice Poseidon on any of its streams according to their guidelines.

According to the statement, Twitch streamers who are not suspended are allowed to react to a VOD or livestream from a suspended user on another service.

“However, you are not permitted to have suspended users as guests on your stream, such as streaming in the same room or using collaboration software to feature them as a guest, even as part of a group.”

On August 6, 2024, during his Twitch stream, Ac7ionman invited Ice Poseidon as a guest and as a result, he was temporarily banned from the platform for three days.

“According to his channel, it is currently unavailable due to a violation of Twitch’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.”

After being banned, he acknowledged his actions and stated, “I take full responsibility and will accept the consequences like an adult.”He then appealed to Twitch to lift the ban on Ice Poseidon.

It’s been 8 years, Twitch. I urge you to reconsider and lift the ban on Ice Poseidon. Both he and his community have changed for the better. Please give him a second chance.

Additionally, Ac7ionman also requested for another streamer, Adin Ross, to be unbanned in a subsequent tweet.

“People are capable of change. Let’s give everyone a fresh start, especially those who have shown positive changes in their behavior,”he commented.

On multiple occasions, Twitch CEO Dan Clancy has addressed the requests to lift the ban on Adin Ross, including a recent phone conversation with StableRonaldo from FaZe on July 26.

“I am willing to have a conversation with him and gauge where he stands. I want to hear him out and determine if he genuinely has changed or if he is simply trying to manipulate and upset me.”

In October 2023, Twitch announced that permanently banned streamers have the opportunity to request the reinstatement of their channel. This is the same process that JiDion went through to successfully get unbanned in May 2024.
