Recently, it was announced that Yu Yuhan would be joining the upcoming boy group T.O.P (Top Of Planet) as a member. He is the 3rd generation artist of Time Fengjun Entertainment, the Chinese agency that manages the popular boy group TFBoys.
Despite the fact that screenshots from a supposed text exchange between Yu Yuhan and a user known as Zhang Junhao quickly spread after the announcement, the content of the conversation was shocking to both fans and the general public.
The conversation between Yu Yuhan and IVE’s Jang Wonyoung reveals the former making inappropriate sexual jokes, including commenting on a fancam of the female idol saying, “It looks like she has recently been satisfied.”
Ultimately, Jang Wonyoung’s fanclub requested an explanation from Yu Yuhan’s company, and it was subsequently revealed that Yu Yuhan had chosen to depart from the group.
Despite Time Fengjun Entertainment’s denial of the s*x joke allegations, the company maintains that the screenshot was “maliciously edited”and has taken legal action against specific accounts.
