On Friday the 16th, Brian and Hyoyeon made an appearance on SBS PowerFM’s “Cultwo Show at 2 O’clock.”
On that particular day, DJ Kim Tae-gyun enquired from Hyoyeon, “What are your thoughts on being here for the second week?”Hyoyeon responded, “It’s still a bit new and unfamiliar, but I am thoroughly enjoying the experience.”
Upon being asked by Kim Tae-gyun, Hyoyeon expressed her thoughts about the setup of ‘Cultwo Show’ by stating, “It feels like being in a small theater with people right in front of me. Despite being my first time interacting with such a large audience, I quickly become comfortable within three minutes of being on the show and feel a closeness with everyone.”
During a recent audience interaction, one member shared, “My son’s preferred celebrity has shifted. Thank you.”To which Kim Tae-gyun responded, “Initially, his favorite celebrities were Baekga and myself, but now he says he admires Karina. However, when you two (Brian, Hyoyeon) appeared, his attention shifted.”
Kim Tae-gyun inquired about Hyoyeon, “Have you met your SM junior Karina? I heard that person is a big fan of aespa’s Karina.”Hyoyeon responded confidently, “Yes, I have. In fact, we have even worked together in a unit group.”However, she paused for a moment and asked, “What was the name of our unit again?”The audience came to her aid, shouting “GOT the beat,”and Hyoyeon gratefully acknowledged their assistance.
Hyoyeon further complimented Karina, noting her politeness. Despite her own shyness, Hyoyeon mentioned how Karina’s easy-going nature allowed for a quick and close friendship to blossom as Karina was the one who initiated their connection.
