In a recent interview video published by Hypebeast on June 27th, CEO Min was questioned about any challenging experiences during the project. She candidly admitted that it was a bit difficult due to the involvement of HYBE in the incident, which garnered attention. However, she clarified that she does not distinguish between business and work, as it is not her approach. Despite this, she did not encounter any difficulties with the actual work itself.
During her visit to Tokyo, Japan, CEO Min stopped by the “NewJeans Supernatural”pop-up store at Line Friends Square Shibuya. She was dressed comfortably and received compliments from attendees, who praised her for looking beautiful.
NewJeans, a girl group that made their debut in Japan on June 21st, recently connected with their fans by hosting the “Bunnies Camp 2024 Tokyo Dome”event at Tokyo Dome on June 26th and 27th. Additionally, on June 26th, they launched the “Supernatural POP-UP”at Line Friends Square Shibuya.
In April, there was a disagreement between Min Hee-jin and HYBE. HYBE submitted a complaint against CEO Min to the Seoul Yongsan Police Station, accusing her of neglecting her duties. They alleged that CEO Min had intentions of taking over ADOR’s management rights and had also breached her duties towards the company. CEO Min refuted these claims, stating that the company’s share structure made it impossible for her to take over management rights and that she had not failed in her duties.
Q. Were there any times when you had a hard time while working on this project? A. Well, to be honest, the hard part was that Hive had a bit of an incident that made it a little difficult, but other than that, there wasn’t anything difficult about working.
