Illinois Litigation Association to Appoint 4 New Members This Week — Why is Iroha Missing?
On April 24, ILLIT made a guest appearance on SBS Power FM’s “Cultwo Show,”becoming the youngest girl group under HYBE to do so.
On this day, the group showcased their debut mini-album, “SUPER REAL ME,”which had been released on March 25. The album features the lead single “Magnetic,”as well as the b-side track “Lucky Girl Syndrome.”
Before their designated schedule, the members gathered for a mini-photo session, where Yunah, Minji, Moka, and Wonhee showcased their lively and pure appearances.
Despite Iroha’s absence from the radio appearance, they still managed to draw significant attention, causing curiosity about her whereabouts.
According to reports from Korean media outlets, the Japanese member has returned to her hometown in Japan for personal reasons. It has also been confirmed that she will be taking a brief hiatus this week. As a result, ILLIT will continue with their upcoming schedule as a four-member lineup until her return.
Afterwards, many speculations emerged, however ILLIT reassured fans that Iroha had returned to Japan to address academic issues.
Despite being only 16 years old and still in high school, Iroha has managed to maintain an active career in the K-pop scene.
Response to Accusations of Copycatting: ILLIT Stays Positive
During this time, the focus of viewers was heavily on ILLIT, due to the ongoing dispute between HYBE (Belift Lab) and ADOR.
Earlier, it was reported that HYBE had initiated an audit upon discovering the actions of ADOR’s CEO Min Hee Jin and other executives who were trying to gain control over the company’s management.
Despite her claims that “ILLIT is copying NewJeans,”Min caused controversy when she retaliated against HYBE Chairman Bang Si Hyuk, accusing him of using the media to discredit her.

Ever since their debut in March, ILLIT has been turning heads with their hit song “Magnetic,”which quickly rose to first place on multiple music charts and programs. In a groundbreaking achievement, the group became the first K-pop act to enter the prestigious US Billboard HOT 100 chart with their debut single.
At the time, there were public opinions that compared them to their “sister group”NewJeans due to similar concepts, choreography, and even styling and MVs.
