On August 8, all four members of BLACKPINK participated in a unique fansign event in honor of the girl group’s 8th anniversary. The event, which granted 88 fortunate fans the opportunity to attend, resulted in several exciting revelations about BLACKPINK’s upcoming plans.

Lisa has mentioned that she is highly likely to attend the 2024 VMAs (MTV Video Music Awards), and she has also revealed that her upcoming single “New Woman”will feature a more feminine choreography compared to her previous release, “ROCKSTAR”.

In the meantime, Jennie confirmed that her solo album is nearly completed and will be released soon. Additionally, Rosé’s album is also set to be released soon and will feature a special song titled “vampirehollie”.

On the other hand, Jisoo stated that she is uncertain about recording the OST for her acting projects. However, she reassured fans that she is diligently working on her solo music, causing excitement and anticipation.

Ultimately, the members of BLACKPINK have expressed their determination to reunite as a group in 2025. This also indicates that there are slim chances of any additional group ventures for BLACKPINK before 2024.
