While Crossplay is an option for College Football 25, it is not supported for all game modes.
EA Sports released College Football 25 on July 19, 2024 following a three-year development period. The game featured the highly anticipated return of Dynasty and Road to Glory modes, as well as over 100 college football teams from various FBS conferences.
Since the release of NCAA Football 14, several EA Sports titles, such as EA FC, NHL, and Madden, have incorporated crossplay capabilities. However, it remains uncertain if College Football 25 received the same feature.

Is College Football 25 crossplay?
College Football 25 does indeed offer crossplay, but it should be noted that crossplay is only available for select game modes.
According to EA Sports, crossplay is utilized in Road to the College Football Playoff, College Football Ultimate Team, and Play a Friend. Furthermore, players can view leaderboards on both the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms if this feature is enabled.
According to the developers, this greatly expands the available player pool and is expected to reduce search time.
Upon starting the game, crossplay is automatically enabled.
Dynasty and Crossplay
Dynasty Mode is not available for players on both Xbox and PlayStation platforms. Only Xbox owners can play with other Xbox Series X|S players, and the same applies for PS5 owners.
This is different from the way Madden 25 has crossplay configured, as Franchise Mode has crossplay capabilities.
Cross-Progression Among Consoles
EA Sports has maintained separate Auction Houses for consoles when it comes to cross-progression for College Ultimate Team. This means that players are unable to transfer their progress across different consoles.
