Specifically, a post about the contract renewal process of NCT members on social media platform X is gaining widespread attention on the internet.
According to the author of the post, there were rumors about Moon Taeil planning to leave the group in order to get married. However, during the contract renewal process, he initially stated that he would not be renewing due to his consideration of marriage. However, after SM offered more benefits, he ultimately changed his mind. Despite this, the author claims that the true reason for his departure is even more surprising. They explain that a friend’s sister who works at SM has insider knowledge on the situation.
It was also reported by the same author that additional members made efforts to persuade Taeil to remain with the group when he had intentions of departing, ultimately resulting in a contract renewal.
After witnessing this, numerous netizens offer their sympathies to the members of NCT, expressing disappointment that their efforts to maintain the group’s unity were ultimately undermined by Taeil’s actions, which have negatively impacted NCT’s reputation.
