YouTube sensation IShowSpeed couldn’t contain his emotions after hitting 1 million live viewers during a livestream of his Asia tour. He was overwhelmed by the staggering number as it appeared on his screen while being cheered on by adoring fans.
Speed has had a tumultuous streaming journey, but throughout 2024, he has truly found his niche, garnering billions of views as he tours across the globe.
His IRL streams, ranging from London to Thailand, have been attracting vast audiences, allowing him to engage in unique experiences that are seldom seen elsewhere. His popularity shows no signs of waning, especially during his Asia tour.
Throughout his journey, he’s had encounters such as being pulled over by local police for selfies and stepping into the Muay Thai ring, among other unforgettable moments. However, he recently achieved something deeply personal.
During his historic stream on September 18th in Indonesia, Speed reached a monumental milestone of 1 million live viewers, a feat that very few solo streamers can even imagine accomplishing.
Overcome with emotion, he paused to gather himself, wiping tears from his eyes with his shirt while expressing gratitude to his fans and celebrating this landmark achievement with them.

“1 million live viewers, bro,” he exclaimed, visibly struggling to grasp the moment. “1 million viewers… Thank y’all so much, bro. Oh my god.”
While this achievement is impressive, Speed still has some ground to cover to make it into the history books of YouTube livestreams, where the current record holder, ISRO, set during the Chandrayaan-3 Mission stream, boasts over 8 million live viewers.
In terms of Twitch livestreams, this achievement could rank among the top 10, based on the peak viewership figures, as currently, the 10th place is held by Squeezie with 1,018,187 peak viewers.
