YouTube streamer IShowSpeed has received widespread praise after assisting a distressed fan experiencing a panic attack in Malaysia.
IShowSpeed has been touring Southeast Asia throughout September, visiting six different countries. His IRL (In Real Life) streams have been nothing short of chaotic, with the content creator continually drawing large crowds of enthusiastic fans.
During a live stream in Malaysia, Speed encountered an anxious fan at a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, who was struggling to breathe. With trembling hands, the fan explained that she felt overwhelmed by the crowd while trying to meet him.
“I almost died, because I’m really short… Suddenly a bunch of people came in here,” she remarked. The streamer then inquired if she was okay or in need of help. “I’m just having a panic attack,” the fan replied, prompting Speed to encourage her to relax and to ask the waiter for some water.

“Yo, she needs some water!” the 19-year-old declared. “We need some water for her; she can’t breathe. Are you okay? Please sit down.”
After she sat down, the distraught girl explained that she had been with her sisters but got separated in the large crowd of fans.
The streamer, along with his security guard, stayed with her for a while to offer comfort and suggested she call her sisters to check in. With Speed’s support, she ultimately managed to reunite with her siblings.
A clip showcasing this heartfelt moment went viral on Twitter/X, garnering many accolades for the YouTube star’s kindness. “She was literally shaking; bro, did y’all see her hands? Nah, Speed is a real one,” one viewer commented.
“Speed is genuinely a great guy for moments like these,” another shared. “Speed is so underrated; what other creators do you see who would stop everything just to help someone?” a third added.
IShowSpeed’s recent trip to Malaysia follows his visit to Cambodia, where he almost injured himself performing a backflip to celebrate reaching 30 million subscribers.
