IShowSpeed reveals crushing injuries after WrestleMania 40 appearance

IShowSpeed revealed his extensive list of health issues after being seen at ringside during the triple-threat match for the United States championship at Wrestlemania 40 in Philadelphia, PA on Sunday.

The 29-year-old WWE superstar, accompanied by YouTuber IShowSpeed, entered the ring wearing a “Prime”costume promoting his sports drink. The reigning United States champion, Logan Paul, was also present as a show of support for his friend as he faced off against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens.

During a crucial moment in the wrestling match, Orton was on the verge of delivering a devastating punt to Paul’s head, but IShowSpeed intervened and pulled his friend out of the ring. After this, Orton turned his attention to the 19-year-old and aggressively kicked him in the abdomen before bringing him onto the announcer’s table and executing his signature move, the RKO.

Despite the pain he experienced afterward, IShowSpeed took to X to reflect on the unforgettable experience of being on the receiving end of a blow from the WWE’s 18th Grand Slam champion. He shared a lengthy list of injuries he sustained as a result.

“The popular internet personality groaned, “I have a terrible headache at the moment. Randy Orton gave me a brutal RKO and knocked the wind out of me, but don’t worry, I’ll only be in the hospital for a day. I’ll be fine, I’m not dead. I just don’t want anyone to think I’m dead because of the RKO. My head is throbbing with pain.”

Despite not being a professional wrestler, the finisher still had a significant impact on him. However, it ultimately paid off as Paul successfully defended his title by executing a frog splash finisher on Orton.

IShowSpeed proved to be a valuable addition to the highly anticipated match. Hailing from Ohio, the celebrity guest performer was among a star-studded lineup at WrestleMania 40, which also featured retired NFL player Jason Kelce and his former Philadelphia Eagles teammate Lane Johnson.
