IShowSpeed was so frustrated that he smashed his desk when Cristiano Ronaldo surpassed him in YouTube subscribers, only one day after joining the platform.
Even though there are millions of Ronaldo fans, no one is as dedicated to the footballing legend as IShowSpeed. This is evident from his presence at every one of Ronaldo’s games during the 2022 World Cup, and even his emotional reaction upon finally meeting his idol.
On August 21, when Ronaldo announced his YouTube channel, it was only natural for IShowSpeed to ask for a collaboration with his idol. After all, Speed is one of the most popular streamers on the platform.
In the event that Ronaldo begins streaming on YouTube, he will undoubtedly outshine Speed as he has recently surpassed his number of subscribers.

As it was unfolding, Speed witnessed Ronaldo’s surpassing of his 28.2 million subscriber mark, left in awe at the speed at which he achieved it.
Within a day and a half of announcing his YouTube channel, Ronaldo accomplished this feat. In comparison, Speed has been posting on his channel since 2016, reaching this milestone in just over eight years.
“Look who’s here! It’s Ronaldo, the GOAT!”Speed exclaimed as he noticed the Portuguese legend closing in on his subscriber count. “I can’t believe it, he surpassed me in just one day!”
As soon as he was overtaken, Speed hurled himself onto his desk and destroyed his equipment, all the while yelling Ronaldo’s famous ‘siu’ celebration.

With his arrival on YouTube, Ronaldo has also surpassed several records, many of which were previously held by MrBeast.
