IShowSpeed Sustains Injury After Being Thrown Out of WWE Royal Rumble Ring

Designed for a quick cameo, Speed’s role was clearly meant to be fleeting. However, the aftermath revealed that his injury was genuine. He was swiftly transported away from the scene in a medical golf cart, having sustained a significant scrape on his leg.
