YouTube sensation IShowSpeed came dangerously close to injuring himself while attempting a backflip in Cambodia, marking his celebration of reaching 30 million subscribers.
IShowSpeed has hit a significant milestone in his career, amassing over 30 million subscribers on YouTube. He celebrated this momentous occasion during an IRL (in real life) stream in Cambodia as part of his ongoing Southeast Asia tour.
Amidst a large gathering of enthusiastic fans, the renowned streamer chose to commemorate the achievement with his signature backflip. Unfortunately, the stunt didn’t go quite as planned.
Speed encouraged the crowd to count down from ten before his backflip attempt. Balancing on one foot atop his security guard’s hands, he made the jump. However, due to an awkward foot placement, the streamer lost his balance, resulting in a painful landing flat on his back onto the asphalt.
The content creator appeared visibly distressed, groaning while being supported by his security team, simply exclaiming: “Ah! Ah! Ah, sh*t, my back. Ah sh*t! Oh!”

Many viewers expressed their concern for the 19-year-old star. One viewer commented: “Take him to the hospital,” while another added: “Nah, that has to be a concussion.”
Some fans placed the blame for the backflip fail on Speed’s personal security guard, with one viewer saying, “Bro didn’t push him high enough. Looks like he kinda missed throwing him.” Another chimed in, “Bro threw him instead of pushing up.”
Despite the harrowing fall, the streamer was undeterred and decided to give the backflip another shot. “Nah, f**k that chat, f**k that y’all, we’re not going out like that. Count down from ten!” he proclaimed as he recovered.
As the countdown reached one, the content creator successfully executed a perfect backflip, eliciting loud cheers from the enthusiastic crowd.
Speed’s adventures in Cambodia followed memorable experiences in Vietnam, where he was surrounded by throngs of supporters, signed a fan’s chest, sampled traditional Vietnamese cuisine, and was taken aback when a fan presented him with childhood photos.
