Finishing this quest grants you access to the enigmatic island alluded to by Dr. Finneus during your introductory conversation. Officially designated as the Archaeological Site Island, this guide will assist you in finding it within the realm of Fisch.

Discovering the Archaeological Site Island in Fisch

Reaching the Archaeological Site Island can be a bit cumbersome, particularly for those unfamiliar with Fisch’s navigation system. The most straightforward approach begins at Mushgrove Swamp, a well-known area in Fisch. From there, sail around to the rear of the swamp and adjust your course to the southeast. Keep your eyes peeled for an island appearing slightly to your right as you journey—it will gradually reveal itself as you approach. This is the “mysterious island” Dr. Finneus mentioned.

Locating the Relic Rod

Once you arrive at the island, you’ll find that its landscape consists of a complex arrangement of platforms, rocks, and convoluted pathways. While visually appealing, this terrain can be quite challenging to navigate. Your primary objective is to reach the center of the island, located at the coordinates 4039.6, 131.5, 73.4. Here, you will discover a cave door protected by a stone panel featuring a puzzle interface.

To access the cave, you must press the buttons in the right sequence, unlocking the door. Inside, a series of descending platforms will lead you to the cave’s lowest level, where you can purchase the coveted Relic Rod for 8,000C$.
