A video titled “IU TV 40,000 Fans Waiting… Encountered a Difficult Situation” was recently uploaded to the channel ‘IU TV.’
Prior to her concert in Manila, IU expressed, “Although I am performing at a wonderful venue, unfortunately my health is not at its best. This is probably the worst condition I have been in since the beginning of this tour. When I woke up this morning, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to rehearse. Thankfully, my singing is going well and we were able to have a shorter rehearsal than usual. I have been practicing the cover songs extensively, and while I would be disappointed if they don’t go as well as I hope, I am staying optimistic. I believe it’s important to maintain a positive mindset when embarking on long-term projects,”she reassured herself.
Despite taking prescribed medication, including antibiotics, IU is currently experiencing swelling in her hands and feet. She expressed her hope that her face will not be swollen tomorrow and promised to try and get to sleep early today. She encouraged herself with a “fighting”chant.
At this time, IU has successfully concluded her ‘2024 IU HEREH WORLD TOUR CONCERT,’ which spanned over a period of 5 months. On September 21 and 22, she will be hosting ‘2024 IU HEREH WORLD TOUR CONCERT ENCORE: THE WINNING’ at Seoul World Cup Stadium.
