The new promotional video kicks off with a glimpse of the main cast enjoying their homestead lifestyle, introducing not only new characters but also hinting at fresh challenges ahead. This approximately two-minute trailer unfolds, culminating in the exciting revelation of the April 2025 premiere date alongside extra information.

The aforementioned third key visual features beloved characters from the series, including the lead character, Azusa Aizawa. For this new season, the main cast members will reprise their roles; however, considerable changes are expected in the production team. Notably, Kunihisa Sugishima will take over directorial responsibilities from Nobukage Kimura, while studio Teddy will handle the animation, succeeding Revoroot. The show’s script supervision will now fall under Naohiro Fukushima, who worked on episode scripts in the first season, replacing Tasuya Takahashi.

Moreover, character design will be managed by Hikaru Kodama, stepping in for Keisuke Goto, whereas Keiji Inai will reprise his role as the music composer. *I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years* season 2 will continue the adaptation of the original light novel series by author Kisetsu Morita and illustrator Benio. According to Crunchyroll, the anime is described as follows:
