Did Jang Wonyoung Really See a UFO?
In March, IVE was featured at the Helpful Honda Music Lounge where they not only performed their songs, but also engaged in a brief interview with the host. During the interview, Jang Wonyoung shared an interesting fact about her childhood – she claimed to have seen a UFO when she was younger!
The celebrity reminisces about an event that occurred when she was 17 years old. She recounted that she was heading home from work when she spotted something shiny in the sky. Upon gazing upwards, she witnessed a UFO shaking rapidly!
According to Jang Wonyoungh, she was accompanied by a friend at the time of the incident. Despite her attempts to grab her friend’s attention, the UFO disappeared by the time they both looked back up at the sky.
Despite being the only one who witnessed it, Jang Wonyoung faces disbelief when she shares the story. Even as she recounts it to fans and the host, the IVE members playfully tease her, accusing her of fabricating it. Nevertheless, Jang Wonyoung vehemently insists on the truthfulness of her account.
The host asked the fans if they believed her, to which she responded that she did. He then proceeded to ask the audience to raise their hands if they believed her, much to the surprise of the IVE members, as many people raised their hands.

IZ*ONE Members Jang Wonyoung and Nako Reportedly Witnessed UFO Sighting
During her time as an IZ*ONE member, Jang Wonyoung shared a story on a show about seeing a UFO. She recounted how, after practice, she and a friend were eating tteokbokki when she spotted something glimmering in the sky. The object was moving swiftly and, when she tried to show her friend, it vanished.
Despite the IZ*ONE members initially doubting Jang Wonyoung’s claim of seeing a UFO and suggesting she may have mistaken it for a star, Nako surprised them by also sharing her own UFO sighting. According to her, she was gazing at the sky when a UFO suddenly appeared and zoomed past at a high speed. Disappointingly, even the IZ*ONE fans were skeptical of Nako’s experience.
