Rei, a member of IVE, revealed that a fellow member consistently glares whenever someone makes a mistake in choreography.
On the date of May 3, 2024, a video titled “I HAVE spent all of the funds from Park Myung Soo’s wallet”was published on the YouTube channel known as “Hal Myung Soo.”
In the video, Park Myung Soo asked Rei if she often gets angry, to which she responded, “I don’t usually get angry.”
Upon being questioned by Park Myung Soo, Rei was asked if she ever gets angry. In response, Rei answered truthfully, stating that she only gets angry when she is truly annoyed. Her reply caused the set to erupt in laughter.
Park Myung Soo then asked, “Do people tend to make mistakes during dance practice? Does it annoy you when that happens?”In a lighthearted response, Rei admitted, “I’m usually the one who messes up…so I really can’t say anything!”
Nevertheless, it seems that there is another member who tends to become angry when a member makes mistakes.
Rei disclosed their identity and shared, “However, whenever I make an error, Yujin never fails to give me a stern glare.”
Upon hearing this, Ahn Yujin immediately defended herself, explaining, “It’s strange. I have a tendency to notice when someone makes a mistake, and without realizing it, I find myself giving them a disapproving look and thinking, ‘Oh, you made a mistake.’”
Despite Rei’s disagreement, Ahn Yujin persisted, arguing, “But it’s not just any look!”She continued to defend herself, gesturing with her hands and saying, “No, no.”
Gaeul and Leeseo both concurred with Rei, remarking that even during performances, their eye contact was enough to communicate any discrepancies in their formation. Leeseo added that she rarely spoke, simply using her eyes to convey any necessary adjustments to the group’s placement.
Upon hearing her members’ candid thoughts, Ahn Yujin seemed overwhelmed, exclaiming, “It’s like I’m up against six of you!”
Upon hearing this, Park Myung Soo inquired, “So, does Yujin never make mistakes?”Rei disclosed that although she tends to be critical of her fellow members, Yujin does indeed make mistakes, adding, “It’s quite amusing actually! Whenever she does make a mistake, she becomes flustered.”
Ahn Yujin admitted to having a conscience and explained that she tends to give harsh glares. However, if she makes a mistake, she is quick to apologize, saying, “Ah! Sorry… It was my mistake!”
Upon being questioned by Park Myung Soo, Liz responded that she is very meticulous when it comes to choreography and does not make mistakes. She also added, “I have a knack for remembering every detail accurately, almost like an AI.”
