Ive Rei Shares Shocking Truth About Yujin’s Unyielding Stubbornness

IVE’s REI, a member of K-pop girl group, recently shared that fellow member YUJIN has a strong and determined personality, which was not known to fans before.

On May 19, REI and YUJIN made a guest appearance on SBS’ renowned television show “Running Man.”The episode showcased the members dividing into two teams to participate in a series of quizzes.

One group, named “Turb,”was made up of Kim Jong-kook, HAHA, Yang Se Chan, and YUJIN, while the other, “Smile,”was composed of Yu Jae Seok, Ji Suk-jin, Song Ji-hyo, and REI.

The “Turb”team took cues from YUJIN and wrote down the answers, as she persisted in defending her choices. Nonetheless, her teammates were disappointed as she consistently gave incorrect responses.

Intrigued, Yu Jae Seok turned to REI and asked, “Is YUJIN always this stubborn?”to which REI replied emphatically, “Absolutely! She’s incredibly stubborn. She refuses to back down,”eliciting laughter from those nearby.

Despite facing multiple challenges in the following quizzes, YUJIN’s stubbornness never wavered, causing HAHA to jokingly exclaim, “You know what, YUJIN? Maybe it’s best for our team if you sit this one out.”YUJIN playfully responded, “Well, from now on, just do the opposite of what I suggest,”and burst into laughter.

In the end, the “Smile”team came out as the winners in the quiz segment, earning an extra budget of 30,000 won (22 USD) out of the total 300,000 won (220 USD).

The guest appearance of REI and YUJIN on “Running Man”sparked excitement among fans. Their entertaining interactions with each other and the “Running Man”members received much praise from viewers, who eagerly anticipate seeing IVE on more television shows in the future.

During a recent interview, IVE member Rei shared in a video that she has noticed fellow member Yujin tends to give a glare when others make choreography mistakes. Despite Yujin’s defense that it is unintentional, the other members of the group agreed with Rei’s observation.
