Sethos is a leaked character said to make an appearance in the upcoming version of Genshin Impact, and here is everything rumored about the unit, including their potential release date.
Version 4.6 of Genshin Impact is said to be one of the bigger patches if we go by the leaks. It is confirmed that Arlecchino will be playable in the version, and we have plenty of leaks outlining all of her kit and gameplay.
She isn’t the only new introduction in 4.6, however, as another new character, Sethos, is leaked to be featured in the version. Though their details remain scant, we have a few leaks related to design, weapon, and a potential release date.

Who is Sethos in Genshin Impact?
Sethos is a leaked upcoming playable character, who’ll make their first appearance in version 4.6 of Genshin Impact.
We do not know how extensively Sethos will be featured across events and main quests in 4.6, but Cyno is getting a second story quest, and Sethos allegedly will be part of it.

Sethos in Genshin Impact is leaked to be released sometime in version 4 before 5.0, which means either 4.7 or 4.8. We believe this because the title previously didn’t feature any x.9 or further versions, and it skipped to the next version after x.8.

Drip marketing for version 4.6 is already done as well, and only Arlecchino was mentioned. So unless HoYoverse has changed their usual plans for the version, it is unlikely that Sethos will be playable in 4.6.
Likewise, given that Clorinde is almost certainly a 5-star, with Sigwine leaked to be a 5-star as well, Sethos is probably a 4-star rate-up in one of their banners, if they’re to be released in any of the upcoming versions before 5.0.
With so many five-stars already introduced in Fontaine, and two more leaked to be part of 4.7 and 4.8, there’s a high chance that Sethos is a 4-star. Of course, this is just a speculation based on leaks, and much could change.

A rough design of Sethos in Genshin Impact was leaked, which also alleged that they’ll be wielding a bow.
Earlier, Sethos was leaked to have a design like “Cat Boy,” but the new leaks do not appear to be so.
Remember, these are early leaks, and there is still plenty of time left for the April 24 release of version 4.6, so design changes here and there are likely to happen. But given that Sethos is said to make an appearance in 4.6, we should soon see more revealing leaks, or get a full official look in the upcoming version 4.6 livestream.
