Recently, both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson have received medical suspensions following their highly publicized boxing match streamlined on Netflix. However, these suspensions are expected to be short-lived.
The much-anticipated clash took place in Dallas, Texas, on November 15, where Paul, known as the ‘Problem Child,’ emerged victorious against the legendary Tyson, earning a unanimous decision. Leading up to the match, Tyson revealed the health challenges he faced, admitting he “almost died”due to an ulcer flare-up that resulted in him receiving eight blood transfusions—losing nearly half of his blood in the process.

In accordance with Texas’s professional boxing regulations, both fighters are now subject to a medically mandated suspension. As reported by MMAJunkie, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) has imposed a 28-day suspension. This equates to three days for each round of their match.

He didn’t really land anything,” he shared with his brother Logan during an episode of the podcast, ImPaulsive.
