Jake Paul Challenges IShowSpeed to a 40-Yard Dash for $25K

Jake Paul has accepted a $25K wager after confidently asserting that he could defeat IShowSpeed in a 40-yard dash.

During the August 22, 2024 episode of BS with Jake Paul, Michael Rubin and Gary Vee criticized Paul for his statement that he could beat YouTuber IShowSpeed in a race.

“Even though Paul had previously rejected the notion of facing off against Speed in a boxing match, he still expressed his desire to race against him in a forty-yard dash. According to Paul, he had already proven his speed by beating Speed in this particular race.”

Despite Paul’s assertion, Rubi and Vee were not afraid to express their doubts instead of just agreeing. They were so sure that Paul would lose that they even wagered $25,000.

“Jake announced, ‘Speed, this is the call out,’ before exchanging handshakes with his two guests. As he sat back down, Paul joked, ‘He’s not exactly speedy,’ causing everyone in the room to laugh.”

The topic begins at 51:30.

When he was later asked to schedule a date and time for the race, Paul’s response was simply, “Whenever he’s prepared, arrange for his flight.”

On streams or podcasts, popular boxers such as Jake Paul, KSI, and IShowSpeed frequently compare their physiques and discuss who has the best one. This is a common practice among influencer boxers.

Despite his success on stream, IShowSpeed is no stranger to competition. In fact, he recently shocked his fans by participating in the Gloucestershire Cheese Rolling 2024 competition.

After being challenged online, Speed has recently accepted to race against a 2024 Paris Olympic runner.

Undoubtedly, Jake Paul’s drive to compete is one that audiences have grown accustomed to, especially after he made the decision to pursue a more serious boxing career. His upcoming fight will be against the iconic Mike Tyson.

At the present moment, Speed has not yet replied to Paul’s challenge, and it remains uncertain when or where this race will take place.

Rest assured, we will keep you informed of any new developments.
