YouTuber-turned-professional boxer, Jake Paul, has come to his brother Logan’s defense regarding his new venture, Lunchly, labeling critics as “jealous” and drawing parallels to Kai Cenat’s collaboration with McDonald’s.
During a segment on Jake Paul’s podcast, ‘BS w/ Jake Paul,’ he addressed the backlash directed at Lunchly, the snack brand launched by Logan alongside MrBeast and KSI, which features snack kits akin to Lunchables.
Launched in September, Lunchly offers three unique options: Turkey Stack ‘Ems, The Pizza, and Fiesta Nachos, marked as a healthy snack alternative.
Despite Logan’s reputation for running a solid business, Jake described the negativity surrounding Lunchly as “utterly absurd.”
He stated, “I find it completely absurd. Then, when Kai Cenat rolls out his McDonald’s meal, no one says anything. It’s just food; you can choose to eat it or not,” he remarked.
His podcast co-host chimed in, emphasizing, “There’s certainly favoritism involved, and that’s not just.”

Jake further elaborated, expressing frustration over the double standards in the industry: “It’s absurd how KSI, MrBeast, and Logan bear all the flak for producing something superior, while Kai releases a McDonald’s meal without a single complaint. I can guarantee that whatever Kai’s offering is far less healthy than Lunchly, yet he’s adored at the moment.”
Kai Cenat has been prominently featured in McDonald’s marketing campaigns, promoting their new Chicken Big Mac sandwich and sharing his tasting experiences on his streams.
Jake emphasized that Logan and his partners are advancing the food sector, insisting that the backlash against young entrepreneurs like his brother is unwarranted.
“Why target these emerging entrepreneurs when massive corporations have been profiting billions for decades? The onus of providing healthier options should rest on them, not on these young innovators,” he claimed.

“None of this makes any sense… Lunchly is better,” Jake stated, contrasting the health merits of his brother’s offerings with those of Lunchables.
“Ultimately, the issue lies with other content creators, press members, and media indicating envy towards these successes, eager to spot any mistake to bring them down,” he continued. “Society tends to lift individuals only to later try to bring them down.”
Jake isn’t alone in his defense of Lunchly; shortly after its launch, fellow YouTuber DanTDM criticized the negative feedback aimed at the meal kits.
In response, MrBeast clarified that they are offering consumers a “better quality option at approximately the same price” as Lunchables.
