Jake Paul has been presented with the opportunity to participate in a $2 million “winner take all”match against one of the most well-known Boxing legends prior to his fight with ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson.
Ever since Jake Paul entered the world of boxing, he has received attention from various boxers – both current and retired – commenting on his record. While there have been notable supporters such as Terence Crawford and Mike Tyson, they have been outnumbered by critics.
Jake has faced criticism from notable figures such as Carl Froch, Tony Bellew, Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, and Oscar De La Hoya for his skills and record. Many of them have urged him to step into the ring with more experienced boxers.
In response to the criticisms, the ‘Problem Child’ has begun to face experienced boxers. He has recently emerged victorious over Andre August and Ryan Bourland with relative ease. Additionally, he has a fight against Mike Tyson scheduled for mid-November.
However, the YouTuber-turned-boxer has currently been presented with an opportunity for a “winner-take-all”match against Eric Esch, also known as Butterbean.
The former Super Heavyweight, who has always been a beloved figure in the boxing community, has expressed interest in facing off against Jake. In a video posted on July 28 on TikTok, he challenged Jake Paul to a winner-takes-all fight, offering a prize of $2 million.

Despite receiving mixed opinions from his fans, there is a general consensus that a potential fight between ButterBean and Jake would be intense. One fan expressed their admiration for ButterBean while acknowledging Jake’s youth and strength, while another confidently declared Jake as the victor. Yet another fan eagerly hoped for the match to happen, stating that ButterBean would undoubtedly defeat Paul every time.
Ever since he was regularly fighting, Esch has been on a weight loss journey and has successfully reached a weight under 300 lbs for the first time in years.
Despite not entering the ring since his defeat to Kirk Lawton in 2013, Esch has repeatedly challenged Jake since he began his boxing career.
