Jake Paul Terrified After Lightning Strikes Private Jet

As they were on their way back from a press conference for his upcoming match against Mike Tyson, Jake Paul and his team experienced a lightning strike on their private jet, causing the YouTuber-turned-boxer and his crew to panic.

In March 2024, it was announced that Jake Paul would be facing off against the renowned boxer Mike Tyson in a groundbreaking boxing match that will be live-streamed on Netflix.

The initial press conference for the July match took place on May 13, 2024, during which the two engaged in a heated exchange and interacted with fans. In response to Jake’s statement that one of the fighters may “die”during the event, Tyson issued a warning to Paul that his life would be at risk once they step into the ring.

As Jake Paul was returning from the conference on his private jet, it was struck by lightning, causing quite a shock.

The footage, which Jake shared on his Instagram account and was viewed by his 26 million followers, captures the influencer and his team visibly distressed as they experience turbulence from the strike.

“We have roused the gods of war,”Jake exclaimed as he clung onto the plane. “And they are striking us with lightning, brother.”

The video immediately caught the attention of fans, resulting in many taking to the comments section to express their thoughts on the incident.

One user joked that their friend was attempting to pretend to die in order to avoid fighting.

Another person stated, “This was absolutely crazy, I’ll definitely be taking the greyhound next time.”

“A third user commented that Mike Tyson expressed fear and also experienced it.”

Despite being the main event, the press conference was not the only wild occurrence for either of the boxers at that time. Tyson and Paul were taken aback when a child asked them about their “body counts”during the event.
