Jang Nara and Nam Ji-hyun Reflect on the Finale of ‘Good Partner’

As the unforgettable SBS Friday-Saturday drama “Good Partner” nears its conclusion, with only one episode left, it has captivated audiences with its authentic and direct portrayal of the challenges and significant decisions surrounding family dissolution. The series has consistently provided warmth, empathy, and comfort, breaking stereotypes about divorce through the insights of divorce lawyers, which has earned it acclaim from viewers.

The show’s popularity is reflected in its impressive ratings. Episode 15 achieved a nationwide rating of 16.7% (according to Nielsen Korea), securing the lead in its time slot and being the top mini-series broadcast on Saturday.

As Cha Eun-kyung (played by Jang Nara) departs from the Daejeong law firm to begin a new chapter in her life, fellow lawyer Han Yu-ri (Nam Ji-hyun) also starts her own journey of independence at Daejeong. The touching journey of these two lawyers, who now find themselves as rivals, navigating real issues and reaching agreements has resonated deeply with fans. The finale’s poignant moment, where Daejeong’s head Oh Dae-gyu (Jung Jae-sung) entrusts his case to Cha Eun-kyung, has heightened viewers’ anticipation for the series finale. Leading up to this climax, Jang Nara, Nam Ji-hyun, Kim Jun-han, and Pyo Ji-hoon shared their thoughts and highlights they hope viewers pay attention to in the final episode.

Jang Nara expressed her gratitude, stating, “I sincerely thank everyone who watched ‘Good Partner’. I envisioned this beautiful team being loved, and it was emotional to witness the affection you all shared for us. Pyo Ji-hoon, known for adding humor to the show as Jeon Eun-ho, looked back fondly on his role, “I fondly remember the scenes where Yu-ri and Eun-ho shared meaningful conversations.
