On May 8 (Korea time), Vogue released a backstage video of Jennie getting ready for the 2024 Met Gala. The video, which is over 4 minutes long, showcases the idol’s preparations for the event, including choosing her outfits, fittings, makeup, and hairstyling, before making her way to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Despite her busy fashion schedule, Jennie made sure to remind her fans about her highly anticipated album, which will be her first solo release in over six years since her debut single, “SOLO”.

In particular, Jennie expressed her enthusiasm and pleasure in her dedicated effort and experimentation with diverse music genres, as well as her collaborations with multiple artists.

According to Korean media, Jennie is expected to officially drop her new music in the upcoming summer season.
