Initially, she skillfully cut the green onions into thick slices and extracted their oil before removing them. Subsequently, she stir-fried the rice, solely utilizing the kimchi juice to enhance the flavor. While preparing the fried rice, Jeon Soyeon revealed, “My mother purposely prepares an abundance of kimchi juice for me.”

Next, Jeon Soyeon mixed in gochujang, the rest of the pork belly, sesame oil, oyster sauce, sugar, and an egg to create a version of kimchi fried rice without using actual kimchi. However, upon sampling the dish, the director jokingly remarked that it resembled egg fried rice in flavor.
