Joe Rogan stunned by how quickly “hawk tuah” girl made money off viral fame

Podcast veteran and UFC analyst Joe Rogan was impressed by the hawk tuah woman’s ability to seize the opportunity of her sudden rise to fame.

If you have been active on the internet in late June, it is likely that you are familiar with “hawk tuah”, the latest viral slang term.

In June of 2024, a woman from Nashville caused a viral sensation when her street interview with ‘TimandDeeTV’ went live. During the interview, she popularized the phrase “hawk tuah”, leading to an endless stream of memes incorporating her catchphrase.

Joe Rogan, known for his outspoken opinions on trending topics, recently shared his thoughts on the hawk tuah woman during an episode of his popular podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. He expressed his enjoyment of the current situation.

“I find moments like that to be particularly enjoyable, when a single peculiar video becomes so popular that it reaches a global audience,”he elaborated. “I especially appreciate the natural way in which she delivers her lines, without any pretense.”

The host carried on, contemplating what the woman, now known as Hailey Welch, was doing to garner such fame.

“She must be feeling anxious,”he remarked, as comedian Brian Simpson interjected, “She’s raking in the cash! These kids really know how to dominate social media.”

“Oh, I have to purchase a shirt!”Rogan exclaimed as he noticed the woman selling “Hawk Tuah 2024″hats.

Not long after her catchphrase gained popularity, Hailey Welch joined forces with the clothing brand Fathead Threads to offer a variety of merchandise for sale.

“He pondered the potential earnings she may be making from this opportunity and questioned if it was wise for her to act quickly, considering it has only been a few days. He predicted that she would soon create TikTok videos, casually sipping a cup of coffee on her porch while sharing her thoughts.”
